Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about deposits, cards, fees, and keeping your account secure.
Deposits
MIR Pay supports deposits over TRC20, ERC20, and BEP20 networks for major assets like USDT, USDC, BTC, and ETH. Always double-check the network matches your wallet before sending funds.
Most deposits are credited after network confirmation, which typically takes a few minutes depending on the blockchain and current network congestion.
There is no strict minimum, but very small deposits may be outweighed by network fees. We recommend depositing at least the equivalent of $10 for the best experience.
Cards
Once signed in, open your dashboard and go to Cards. Virtual cards are issued instantly, while physical cards can be requested and tracked from the Order Card page until delivery.
Yes. From your Cards panel you can freeze your card instantly, disable online payments, or turn off ATM withdrawals — all without contacting support.
Each card has a monthly spending limit shown as a progress bar in your dashboard, so you always know how much you have used and how much remains.
Fees
MIR Pay charges 0% on standard crypto deposits. You only pay the standard blockchain network fee required to process your transfer.
Exchanging crypto for fiat carries a small, transparent spread shown before you confirm the swap — there are no hidden charges.
A limited number of ATM withdrawals each month are free on eligible plans; withdrawals beyond that carry a small flat fee shown at the ATM before you confirm.
Security
Funds are held using industry-standard encrypted custody practices with strict internal controls, and we never share your keys or personal data with third parties.
Yes, we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings for an extra layer of protection on sign-in and sensitive actions.
